Here’s The Outline Of The Sprint So You Know How It Works: Your 6 Week Plan

1

Week 1 — Readiness Snapshot + 6‑Week Priority Plan:

I'll guide you through the observation framework, so you know exactly what to look for across all five pillars. During our first call, you'll share what you observed, and I'll help you interpret what it means for your child's readiness. Together, we'll identify the top 3 priority areas your child needs before school starts and you will leave with a personalised plan.
By the end of this week, you'll have your child's complete Readiness Snapshot AND your personalized 6-Week Priority Plan showing exactly what to work on each week.

2

Week 2 — Daily Routine That Sticks:

We'll focus on establishing your Daily 15-Minute Practice Routine. I'll help you select the right activities from the Activity Bank that match your child's priority areas. I'll show you exactly how to introduce activities, so they feel like play to your child, not work. We'll troubleshoot what's working and what's not based on your first week of practice.
By the end of this week, you will install your 15-Minute Practice Routine with zero resistance and two activities your child asks for.

3

Week 3 — Visual Growth Map: Track progress; adjust focus so gains keep compounding

We'll review your child's progress using the Visual Growth Map. I'll help you spot the skills that are emerging and the areas that need more attention. I'll guide you through adjusting your activity focus based on what your child is showing you. We'll address any specific challenges you're facing (resistance to certain activities, inconsistent practice, time constraints).
By the end of this week, you'll have a clear picture of your child's progress , and an adjusted focus plan so gains keep compounding.

4

Week 4 — Skill Stacking:

We'll celebrate the visible progress your child is making. I'll help you recognise the small wins that show real development. I'll introduce new activities that build on your child's growing skills and confidence. We'll prepare for the emotional readiness phase that's coming in the final two weeks.
By the end of this week, you'll see measurable and visible improvement in your child's priority areas (e.g., +5 minutes attention, smoother transitions), and you'll feel confident about their development.

5

Week 5 — Emotional Readiness + Drop‑Off Confidence: Scripts, practice separations, and parent anxiety support

We'll shift focus to emotional readiness and drop-off preparation. I'll guide you through the Emotional Readiness Checklist for both you and your child. I'll help you create your personalised Drop-Off Confidence Plan, including conversation scripts and practice separations. We'll address any anxiety you're feeling as a parent about the transition.
By the end of this week, you'll have your complete Drop-Off Confidence Plan ready to implement in the final countdown to school.

6

Week 6 — School Ready: Readiness across your priority areas confirmed & maintenance plan locked

We'll finalize everything and ensure your child has made the progress needed across all five pillars. I'll help you create your ongoing maintenance plan, so your child stays engaged and continues developing until school starts. We'll celebrate how far your child has come in just 6 weeks. By the end of this week, your child will be fully school-ready across academics, independence, social skills, classroom behaviour, and physical development. At that point, you'll have everything in place for a smooth, confident first day of reception, and most importantly...
You'll feel proud knowing your child is walking in ahead of their peers, ready to thrive from day one 😊

Who you’ll be working with

You’ll be working directly with me, Lara Okpor. Over the last 10+ years I’ve helped over 800+ children read early, prepare for school, pass 4+, 7+ and 11+ entrance exams, and gain entry to top grammar and independent schools.

I’ve built four education centres focused on early reading, handwriting, foundational maths, and full reception readiness. I’m also a parent of two, so I build plans that actually fit busy family life.

Frequently Asked Questions

My child is only 3 — is this too early?

Ages 2–5 do brilliantly. We pace to your timeline and build strong foundations now, so you avoid last‑minute stress.

I’m busy. Can I do this?

Yes. The design centres on one 15‑minute block per day and a 60‑minute weekly call. Most families spend ~2 hours/week total.

What if I can’t join live?

All calls are recorded. You can pre‑submit questions. If you’ll never attend live, Self‑Guided may be a better fit.

How is this different from the workshop?

The workshop is the map. The sprint is me walking the route with you — personalised plan, live troubleshooting, and accountability.

What results can I expect in 6 weeks?

Measurable progress in your 2–3 priority areas, a friction‑free routine, and a calm, practiced drop‑off.
